He has implemented employee benefits plans for over 250 mid-sized companies. His attention to detail and ability to customize plans to best meet the needs of the client while making the process smooth for all is unrivaled. He continues to focus his attention on acquiring, developing and servicing employee benefit programs for middle market accounts. He is an active member of SHRM, the Society of Human Resource Management. James earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University.

Michael Brassill has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. He has implemented and managed hundreds of employee benefit programs for mid-sized companies in the Tri-State area including both profit and non-profit organizations. With a primary focus on group health insurance, his expertise includes plan design management, funding and renewal underwriting and negotiation of insured and self-insured programs. Michael is a graduate of St John's University with a BS in Finance. He is actively involved in many charitable organizations on Long Island where he currently resides with his family.
