About this event: Federal leave law applicable nationwide, generally, is unpaid leave, but still complicated to administer. That complication is only compounded by overlapping leave obligations under state and federal law. While there is not enough time in a one-hour webinar to cover all of the state and local leave law implications, during this webinar we will discuss broadly applicable concepts for administering employee leaves of absence and best practices to achieve compliance.
