About this event: The signature legislation of President Trump’s second term has now been signed into law as the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, many of the provisions of which take effect retroactively for calendar year 2025. In this webinar, Matt Stiles and Seth Capper will break down the important changes in the new law. We will discuss the payroll and policy implications of the No Tax on Tips and No Tax on Overtime provisions, including actions employers should be taking now to ensure compliance. We will examine in detail the Act’s significant changes to employer fringe benefit programs (like moving expense and student loan reimbursements), along with other significant changes to health insurance strategies, many of which affect employers who offer high-deductible health plans paired with health savings accounts.
