About this event: In February's TRUE Network of Advisors compliance webinar, the benefits attorneys at Maynard Nexsen will review how ERISA's fiduciary duties apply in the context of employer-sponsored health and welfare plans. With class action lawsuits continuing to target group health plan sponsors, it is becoming increasingly important for employers to have well-defined processes in place to meet their fiduciary obligations.
