About this event: In this month’s webinar our focus will be employee leaves of absence and employer strategies for managing those leaves. Most employers view the various options for employee leave as a workplace benefit that helps retain key talent through the bumpy road of health and family matters happening away from work. Still, ensuring that leaves do not negatively affect business operations while observing employee rights often results in employer mistakes that lead to significant risks, if not legal consequences. Using proven strategies for staying compliant while managing employee leaves consistent with applicable law will keep employers productive in the workplace and out of the courts.
